How It All Began
Nehemiah International Ministries was birthed out of a deep burden placed on the hearts of its founders. After years of serving in ministry and community engagement, they recognized that true transformation required going beyond the pulpit — reaching beyond church walls to serve the forgotten, build bridges between nations, and demonstrate the love of Christ through both word and action.

Meet Our Founders
Sachin and Karen Frame-Paragee are not only leaders—they are carriers of a divine assignment. As the Executive Founders of Nehemiah International Ministries, their lives embody a powerful fusion of faith, compassion, excellence, and purpose.
Sachin Paragee, a seasoned insurance professional with over two decades of experience across the Caribbean, has built a reputation for leadership, integrity, and strategic excellence. Serving as a Branch Manager and Director within the insurance and loss adjusting industry, he has consistently operated at the highest level of professionalism. Yet beyond titles and achievements, Sachin is a devoted servant of God—a preacher, mentor, and spiritual leader with a deep burden to see lives transformed and destinies restored.
Standing alongside him is Karen Frame-Paragee—a woman of strength, grace, and unwavering faith. Her heart for people, particularly families and those in need, is the compassionate engine behind the ministry's outreach. She brings balance, wisdom, and a nurturing spirit that helps translate vision into tangible impact. Together, they lead not from position, but from purpose.
Nehemiah International Ministries was not born out of convenience—it was birthed through love, loss, and divine calling. The ministry carries the name of their beloved son, Nehemiah, whose life, though brief, left an eternal imprint on their hearts. In honoring him, Sachin and Karen made a decision: that his name would not only be remembered, but would become a vessel through which countless lives would be rebuilt, restored, and renewed.
Just as Nehemiah in Scripture rebuilt broken walls, this ministry stands as a mission to rebuild broken lives—spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Through food distribution, family support, and kingdom-centered outreach, they extend hope to the hurting and strength to the vulnerable.
Their leadership is marked by sacrifice, authenticity, and an unshakable belief that true ministry goes beyond words—it must meet people at the point of their need.
